- Design and development of monitoring, evaluation, and quality assurance programs
- Collaboration in the strategic evaluation process of the institution
- Designing appropriate models for monitoring and evaluating various aspects of the institution's quality
- Cooperation with the Department of Monitoring and Evaluation in line with its goals and mission
- Preparation of analytical reports on the quantitative and qualitative status of the institution to improve quality
- Expert review of issues referred by the council and management
